- All sales on chakolab.in are final. We do not offer returns or refunds for any reason other than defective products.

- An unboxing video is mandatory when requesting a refund, return, or exchange. The video must clearly show the tamper-proof seal intact before opening to be considered valid proof.
2. Defective Products
If you receive a defective product, we will provide a replacement after verification. Store credit is not provided.

Conditions for Returns
- Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging with all components intact.
- Original packaging is mandatory for refund, return, or exchange approval.
Approval Process
- We will review your request and confirm if the product qualifies for a replacement.
- If approved, we will provide return instructions and arrange for pickup.
3. Return Request Guidelines
Time Frame

Return Shipping Costs
- If the product is confirmed defective, chakolab.in will cover the return shipping costs.
- If a return is made without prior approval, shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
- Additionally, unauthorized returns will not be eligible for a refund, return, or exchange. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for both-way shipping charges, effectively paying for shipping three times.
Return Process
- Once your return request is approved, we will arrange for a shipping partner to pick up your order.
- In most cases, the return pickup will be handled by the same courier service that delivered your order.
4. Non-Eligible Items
The following items are not eligible for return or replacement:
- Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or accidents.
- Items returned without original packaging or missing components.
- Products reported after 48 hours of delivery.
