   We accept liability only for orders placed directly through our official website (https://chakolab.in). Any purchases made via third-party marketplaces, social media shops, aggregators, offline channels, or unauthorized resellers are outside the scope of our responsibility.

   6.2  Geographic &  Channel Exclusivity  
   Chakolab.in is an India-only retail website. We do not ship products internationally, nor do we fulfill orders placed on any other website, mobile app, or platform that uses the “Chakolab” name or branding without our express written consent.

   6.3  Returns, Exchanges &  Refunds  
   a.  Eligible Purchases: Only orders confirmed and invoiced by https://chakolab.in qualify for returns, exchanges, or refunds per our Returns &  Refunds Policy.  
   b.  Ineligible Purchases: Products purchased via any third-party site or channel—even if they claim to be “official”—are not covered under our policy: we neither process returns nor offer refunds/exchanges for such transactions.  

   6.4  Order Discrepancies  
   If you experience any issue (wrong item, missing parts, damaged goods) with an order placed on chakolab.in, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Claims for orders placed elsewhere will be rejected.

   6.5  Dispute Resolution 
   Any dispute arising from an order not placed through https://chakolab.in must be resolved directly with the platform or vendor through which it was purchased. Chakolab.in shall have no obligation to intervene or mediate in such disputes.
